I have attempted to file 2 NY tax returns with the status as MFS. Both returns were rejected by NYS due to an invalid spouse's driver's license. Did anyone else encounter this? How did you resolve it? The first one I did that was rejected, I wound up mailing in. I now have a second one with the same issue.
