Multistate return- NJ

client moved from Texas to NJ on August 1.  She worked in Texas for most of her life and contributed to her 401K in Texas.  She moved to NJ, and only worked (at same company) for 2 months, then retired. She took a withdrawal from her 401K for $170K, and had 20% FEDERAL tax taken out, but NO New Jersey tax.

Does she have to pay NJ income tax on all of this money? Or is there a way out of this?  I see a screen for NJ resident income and adjustments.  Can I use this screen to change the taxable NJ amount?  I am in TEXAS and am not used to doing NJ returns.  Can anyone help?
