Medical expense undersection 1.213-1-educational therapeutic intervention for children with learning disabilities

I have been told by a school board that expenses incurred  as a result

of educational therapeutic intervention in approved schools for children with

learning disabilities is a qualified medical expense. The total tuition is $ 76,100.

The billing does not break down this expenses attributable to medical expense.

Does anyone have experience in such matters ?
