MD corporation has fiscal year of July 1 - June 30. The estimated tax payment "calendar" indicates the 500D payments are due on July 15 for 1st and 2nd quarter and the 3rd payment is due on March 15 2022 and 4th quarter payment is due on June 15, 2022.
Seems to me that Lacerte would want to fix this error that was reported to them 3 weeks ago. But ...
