1. For transitioning year to year software. To kick off installation of software from the web page account. Not from the software account. It isn't clear and the cost of time can be significant. 2. Educate for possible network 'path' issues in non-standalone installations. Thanks to Amber fixing with her knowledge, patience and understanding the customer. She assisted the fix in a great way.
