We have a client for which we appear to be unable to request an eSignature or process an eFile.
If I look at the error in F10=>errors, for the eSignature request I see
Client# [CLIENT-ID]:
Client GUID is Empty
For the e-file we get a Batch Errors dialog box with
Exception occurred during EF batching client: [CLIENT-ID]
Unable to copy database record. DB=DataSF22, ErrorNo=4
I already called support, no clue what a GUID ID is. I was unable to submit the client for analysis, as it errored. I also just tried to Send via Email, and this also errored with the same message as the efile. They suggested running CLPack, done no improvement.
Does anyone know where to find\edit the value?
