Is there any hope of NYS allowing Lacerte to proforma client driver license information from prior year? So tedious!

If you are looking for Intuit to do you a favor, all hope is lost.

this is obviously a NYS issue, not even a Lacerte issue, obviously. I would hope that Lacerte would have been in touch with NYS at some point. No reason why everything else can be proforma'd, but not NYS drivers licenses. Makes no sense!

I don't do NY, but often Intuit interprets tax rules differently than some other folks and institutes policies that may or may not be correct based on those rules.

I have modified that saying for my hospital stays: Abandon modest all ye who enter here.

Here's wishing you many Happy Returns
