Client is a partnership - signer does not want to enter personal SSN and date of birth. Anyway to change that requirement?

Good question. For me, that demand from a client adds complication and will consume my time, so I either send a PDF of the 8879 through Adobe or send a paper copy for signing by hand.
I think you need to call Intuit for the answer to your question.

That's part of how DocuSign authenticates the signer's identity.
