Did you enter the 1099-R?
Was this from and to the same type of account?
Did you read Help for 1040 for Rollover lines 4a and b?
Enter the 1099-R then look to the left and down a bit for Rollovers. Enter the amount rolled over into To other than a Roth IRA.
