Client is noting that there is a red box at the bottom of their Intuit Link screen that says "STOP SCREEN SHARE". They can not press the button, but is concerning as they believe their screen is being shared.
Has anyone come across this? If you have, how did you make it go away? Client has logged out and exited browser twice today and once over the weekend. Still the same box appears.
