In Lacerte, program froze when trying to e-file an s-corp tax return. Had to close program. Now the client is inaccessible, says I have the file in use.
I am having the same problem in Lacerte S corp. The link in your solution goes to the old support site. I cannot find the solution. Do you have a more current link?
