Client lives in KY, works in IL. She believes KY tax was withheld from unemployment. There is NO state data on the form at all, no withholding account number, only the amount withheld for the state. Help? I am in KY and do not deal with IL often.
I have been told to use the FEIN, don't know if that is correct or not!
