I had problems with entering the Stock owner allocation in the K-1. The total of stock is supposed 100%, but the total in the form showed 150%. I tried many different way but I couldn't figure out how to fix. I contacted the customer service. It took a little bit time, but it was solved perfectly. With this experience I learned how to figure out when there is issue for the future issues as well.
