Solved: How do yoo change the prepares's lilcense form CPA to Ea on the 3596 part 1 line C?

Settings > Options > Preparers > Find the preparer and Modify. There are two places to designate - one on the left for Designation and one on the right for Exclusion Code (New York ONLY).

Also, be sure you have the proper preparer selected in Screen 1.
