How do I setup a Form DR-405 that can be selected in the "Florida DR-405 form number" field in depreciation?

If you are using Lacerte - In the depreciation screen, you should see a drop down for Category (Ctrl + T), right below that is Category [O], you can create whatever you want there - like 405-1, 405-2, 405-3, .... Then you will get a report that summarizes all of the assets in a what that should be helpful to complete the 405
