Log into your PTIN account and verify that it is still active https://rpr.irs.gov/datamart/mainMenuUSIRS.do

My PTIN is active. I can't get to the proseries page that has my own firm information.  I saw message to go to settings.   I can't find settings on my program page.  I appreciate the help.
