Client sold his property, but split the money between 2 DST's.
I only see the option on Lacerte to enter only 1 of the new DST's
How will I enter this?

You will need to do an attachment to explain the two assets acquired. https://proconnect.intuit.com/support/en-us/help-article/form-8824/using-like-kind-exchange-wizard-m... should help a bit.
