I have a Georgia film credit carry over from 2018 to 2019. The film credit originated in tax year 2017. The 2019 Lacerte program has an e-file diagnostic that says Form IT-FC is required and more information is needed. The Georgia Department of Revenue indicated that they already have the 2017 Form IT-FC that was filed in 2017.
I don't understand why this is a critical diagnostic. The Georgia Form 700 is complete and includes the carry over.
