Georgia Partnership K-1 is a mystery to report on 1040

Is there a Georgia preparer here that knows the answer?

See the image shown below.  This K-1s not from a PTP. The partnership is a trader in financial products and investments.

Why is the income not categorized?

The TP has 15k of Georgia income (.1275 X 114K) is my interpretation.

The Federal K-1 has only Capital Gains, so I guess this 15K is capital gain income.

I suppose I could ask the firm that prepared this.

Looks to me like that K-1 equivalent is reporting no GA-source income for this particular partner. (First line is blank.)
