Esignature status not updating

The efile center selection screen is not updating the Esig status correctly.

It changes to SENT when I send the return out for signature.

I get email that says the client completed the action.

The Esig status still shows SENT until I goto the Esig DASHBOARD.  If I come back to Lacerte is now shows completed.  Shouldnt have to got to esig dashboard for updating.

Two things that may be causing issue. 1)  Rightworks Hosted 2) I dont always have my web browser open in RW.
