Eitc How to input preparer's license no. on Ca 3596 line 1d?

What type of license do you want to print? The line is for the "Other" such as Unenrolled Preparer

If you are CTEC, it checks the box, same for the others but the license does not go there. 

You input your designation is Settings > Options > Preparers

What about CPA license? There's no place to put it under settings/options/preparers. And Line 1d says to enter license no. for CPA, attorney, or other.
