CO Consolidated Corporate Return - How do I get Subsidiaries to show on Schedule C?

Having a lot of issues with consolidated Corporate State Tax Returns; currently cannot figure out how to get the Subsidiaries to show on Schedule C (Colorado Affiliations Schedule).

At this point, I think filling out a paper form would have been more efficient. It's ridiculous to search for an hour to find what field makes a certain box get checked..

You have to click "Included on Combined Return" on each subsidiary, but DO NOT enter anything else for the affiliations schedule (on Subsidiary returns), only make entries on the Consolidator.
