Can I do a short year 2019 return in the 2018 software if I have already processed a 2018 return for an S-Corp or Partnership?

Yes...but you can't efile it.   You'll have to print it, change the dates to the short year period as well as to *year* to 2019.  And be *sure* you adjust all depreciation & carryovers as necessary.

It's a ton of work, so consider an extension.   And bill accordingly.
