Lacerte carries a wrong number from CA state Sch M-1 to Schedule M-2 line 3. Per instructions: Line 3 of CA M-2 needs to contain Net Income loss per books, meaning the number from line 1 of CA M-1. Instead lacerate carries Line 9 of CA M-1 which causes a discrepancy that has to be override . This is a time waister, I spoke to the rep. who was unhelpful, documented everything and promise to escalate it, but no-one did anything. Feels like that's a new standard of service.. very disappointing
