2020 2019 Lacerte fully updated error logging in.

Users receiving "Unable to validate your online credentials" for Lacerte 2019 and 2020. App was updated prior to 12/31/23 and was working the other day. Anyone else having this issue?

Had to do the web setup for both years and now it seems to be working again. Strange since they had been updated.

Having same issue.  Going to wait until tomorrow to see if things change.  otherwise, I will follow will reload program
