I do no want electronic filing on any returns individual or partnership how to get those features turned off

I have only a couple of returns and the clients want them paper filed how do I turn off the electronic filing features I have looked in all the wrong places.  It used be you had a choice to electronically filed no its the reverse.  Thanks.
