The following diagnostic is generating: Form 5472: Part IV must be completed, as the related party in Part III is identified as a foreign person (ref #56559) Foreign owner does not take any money from the corp. In past years we did not have to fill anything out if there were no transactions. How do we get through this if things are the same? Diagnostic reference can't be found in when looking it up.

Were you able to figure how to get through this? I'm in the same situation.

Same thing here... even after inputting amounts on Part IV detail screen the diagnostic still persists. Anyone have an idea of how to resolve this?

Same thing here. I tried entering positive numbers with negative offsetting numbers in the input fields to zero back out, but that didn't work either.

Curious to see if anybody has tried to e-file with that diagnostic in place. I know there are some critical diagnostics that allow e-filing, and some that don't.
