Solution:
Please review your input in Screen 39.4. If you are using the monthly input fields, please enter a value for each month in the Monthly Enrollment Premiums fields. If you are using the Annual totals field, ensure there is an input value.
If the value of the Monthly Enrollment Premium entered is zero, there should not be non-zero values entered for Monthly Second Lowest Cost Silver Plan Premium field or the Monthly Advance Payment of Premium Assistance of Subsidy. For months where the Monthly Enrollment Premium is zero, either leave the other two fields for that month blank or enter zeroes.
