For W-2 #{PrefixNum}, the ""Local income tax withheld"" (box 19) input field does not correlate with any of the e-file ""State name"" (box 15) input fields. NYS local withholding can only be derived from either NYC or City of Yonkers. You must enter the local withholding in either the ""New York City income tax withheld"" or ""City of Yonkers income tax withheld"" input fields and the e-file ""State name"" input fields MUST have an entry of 'NY'.
Solution:
Enter NYC/Yonkers withholding into the field(s) labeled as NYC withholding or Yonkers withholding
