The following diagnostic is generating:
Oklahoma requires a PDF attachment of Form 512-SA with the shareholder's signature.
Solution:
Oklahoma requires this for e-file purposes. First you will need to have them scan a copy of the signed form to PDF then do the following to attach the PDF to the return and de-trigger the diagnostic: 1. Go to Screen 3.2, Electronic Filing. 2. Click Attach PDF. 3. Click Browse Files. 4. Locate the saved PDF of the scanned form. 5. Select the saved PDF. 6. Click Open. 7. Click OK. 8. Mark the checkbox to Send PDF attachment with Oklahoma return. 9. Open the drop-down menu 'Form line or instruction reference' under Oklahoma, 10. Click on Form 512-S and select Form 512-SA This will de-trigger the diagnostic.
