My client lives in Hong Kong. When I enter her address, I get a critical diagnostic because there is no zip code. Hong Kong does not have zip codes. What can I do?

Solution: This diagnostic is informing you that the postal code is missing from the foreign address of the taxpayer. If there is no postal code, you can safely ignore the diagnostic since it will not prevent the e-filing of the return.
