Proc. 2021-48, sections 3.01(1), (2), or (3). Please use the input fields in Miscellaneous screen to complete the statement. Solution: This is a critical informational diagnostic, and will only clear if both 2020 and 2021 sections are populated in Screen 3.1, Misc. Info. / Other Info. Only the applicable years need to be populated. If both 2020 and 2021 are not required, mark the checkbox on the diag to indicate having reviewed and addressed the item. The program has no way of knowing which years are applicable. A statement will be included in the Statement sheets and transmitted/printed with the return. This diagnostic will not prevent e-filing.
