Texas will not allow Form 05-160 to be filed with Form 05-163 or Form 05-169 when electronic filing.
Solution: The TX e-file specifications does not allow the TX Franchise Tax Credits Summary Schedule (05-160) to be electronically filed with the No Tax Due Report (05-163) or the EZ Computation Report (05-169). Please go to screen 49.431, Texas Franchise Tax Credits and remove any entries there to e-file the TX return.
