FSA Contributions in W-2 Input?

taxprepper
Level 2

The FSA strategy in my client's tax plan assumes a baseline of $0. However, the client is already contributing to an FSA and I don't see where to input their projected current year FSA contributions in the strategy baseline input for a W-2. How can I add a baseline value for the FSA strategy?

Hello!

The Pre-strategy baseline screen does not have a specific input for Flexible Spending Account (FSA) amounts. "Notes" at the top right may be a good place to store your clients contribution for FSA.

The strategy “Health care flexible spending account (FSA) in the Strategies screen will show the max amount by default so you will want to apply an adjustment to the amount if needed.
