Conservation Easement

I am wondering if we could include an ability to calculate the tax savings with a conservation easement.  This is a pretty good strategy, but I don't see a method to calculate it.

Be sure to include the litigation expenses when IRS challenges it --- seems like every other case in Tax Court these days is a conservation easement.  But it's just another charitable donation, I would have to look up which percentage limit applies, but basically the same as donating money to the Humane Society to conserve puppies.
