Can't close year it states there is unprinted checks please print them first. Reprinted every check still same issue. Is there a way i can see a list of unprinted checks?

Getting the following message. Error creating back file for Company ID "CCK" Be sure that you have enough space on your source drive for the system to create the necessary back up file. This also happens when converting comapny to the 2019/2020 EasyACCT version. Claims the files are currently being updated by another user.
