    update software 2018

    when I try to open 2018 Lacerte it says I need to update the software and the browser does not support it.  so how do I update the software if I can't get into the program?

    Lacerte is classifying a sec. 1231 gain as passive when I did not classify the transaction as passive.  Why is it doing this?
