Follow these steps to locate your Customer Account Number:

  1. Select Settings in the lower-left corner.
  2. Select About Your ProConnect Tax.
  3. The Customer Account Number will be the first number displayed.


If you haven't purchased returns before:

You're currently using a trial account. A Customer Account Number will be assigned automatically when you make your first purchase in the program.

If your Customer Account Number is blank or "None":

  1. Verify you're logged in with the same email address (or user ID) you used to set up your account.
  2. Clear your browser's cache and cookies.
  3. Refresh the page.

If you previously purchased returns in ProConnect Tax:

  1. Verify you're logged in with the same email address (or user ID) you used to set up your account.
  2. Clear your browser's cache and cookies.
  3. Refresh the page.
