Digital Assistant is now available
Don't want to wait on hold? ProConnect has launched Digital Assistant when you select Help, then Help Portal.
- The Assistant will help find answers to most common tax and product questions. The more frequently you interact with the Assistant, the faster it learns, and we can quickly improve the answers available to you.
- If the answer is not there, the Assistant will allow options of contacting ProConnect Tax Support right there in the same window! Select the Contact ProConnect Tax Support button to see Contact Expert Options.
- After selecting the Return Type, Contact Options with the Estimated Wait time for each option will appear.
- Callback – By entering a direct callback number, an Expert will call you around the estimated wait time. Callbacks are first in, first out.
- Chat – Connect to an Expert via Chat within the same Assistant Window.
The Assistant can be accessed 24/7. Callbacks and Chat are available within our normal support hours.
