Signing in to My Account for Lacerte

To sign in to My Account for Lacerte:

  1. Click My Account to open the sign in screen.
  2. Enter your Email or user ID.
  3. Enter your Password.
  4. Click Sign In.
  5. If your login is associated with multiple Customer Account Numbers, you'll see the Select an Account screen. Click Select on the account you need to access.

Forgot your user ID or password?

If you're locked out of your account:

If you receive a message indicating your account is temporarily locked, the lock will automatically expire 15 minutes after your last login attempt. Once the lock has expired, you can attempt to sign in again.

How do I change my user ID or password before it expires?

If you need to update your user ID or password, you can do it from Intuit Account Manager.

  1. Sign in to the Intuit Account Manager.
  2. Select the Sign in & security menu.
  3. Select the User ID, Email Address, or Password section.
  4. Make your changes.
  5. When you're done, select Save.

Why am I being asked for an identification code and where do I find it?

Your identification code will be sent to the email or mobile phone currently listed in your account.

Any time you access your account from a new computer or device, or update your account sign-in information (such as username, password, or email address), you may be asked to enter an identification code. This additional measure helps ensure that it is really you who is changing your information.
