4th year running my accountant has tried to use this with me, and still the same issues as discussed in other threads and forums online.  

I have offered my time to show exactly what is going on, and offer it up again.  

If anyone has solved this issue, please let me know what you did.  I've tried deleting all my data on Intuit, resetting my account and using different email addresses.
