I saw someone a few days ago in the Facebook ProSeries group getting an error 1603 when trying to download install.  I told them to some here and post, but I never saw it, and they never updated their post over on FB either, so I dont know what happened.

@Orlando    who do we tag for installation issues?  Theres another recent post here with a different install error, appears completely different from this one though.
