I get the above error when trying to efile.  I've updated ProSeries, I've checked the licensing.  I'm at a loss and WAITING for Intuit to phone me back.  Any one else with this error and potential solution?

Do you have a zip code loaded in funky for the client or your preparer info?

I figured it out and was able to get Intuit to correct the issue.  On their website for my account there was a space before my 5 digit zip code.  Once they removed that space, we synced the program, relicensed it and wella, all is right with the world.
