How to access and troubleshoot webinars and product training

We offer free live and recorded webinars for ProSeries, Lacerte, and ProConnect Tax. You can attend live webinars for CE credits, or watch recorded sessions on your own schedule.

We also offer training videos for ProSeries, Lacerte, and ProConnect Tax. These videos walk you through common inputs to complete tax returns, as well as how to navigate the programs.

If you would to review the training videos available for ProSeries or Lacerte:

  1. Sign in to My Account.
  2. Select Training from the left-hand menu.
  3. Click Video & Documents.

To access training videos for ProConnect Tax, click Help and then Training.

  • If a pop-up blocker is enabled in the web browser, the webinar will be prevented from launching.
  • For browser-specific steps to disable a pop-up blocker, click here.
  • Refresh the webinar by selecting F5 on your keyboard.
  • If the problem doesn't resolve, close out and relaunch the webinar.
  • It's also recommended to close all other programs running on the computer while attending the webinar.
  • If you're still unable to see the slides or slides don't change, you may need to clear cache and cookies in your web browser. See browser-specific steps.
  • Confirm the start time of the webinar. Audio and video won't begin before the start.
  • Make sure your computer speakers are working and the volume on your computer is enabled.
  • Refresh the webinar by selecting F5 on your keyboard.
  • If you are still unable to hear, you may need to clear cache and cookies in your web browser. See browser-specific steps.
  • If attending a recorded webinar, audio commences when the webinar starts.
