I went ahead and attached the K1's all in one file as more than one created a diagnostic that a paper return would be needed.  Clicked the box for HI only, and the referenced form line or instruction is Partners share of income credits deductions.

I add a second attachment due to rental income on form 8825 for HI.  With reference to Form line or instruction:  Rental RealEstated income and expenses of a ptr 8825.

Both do not make logical sense, I thought it better to attach them.  It can do no harm and it may prevent a notice down the line.   

If anyone can reference the Hawaii instruction that refers to attaching pdf copies of forms that are included in the efiled tax return, please share.
