Sometimes you may need to make changes to your primary billing profile that is used for Auto Renewal. All changes need to be made before the designated processing date.
To update your billing profile:
- Sign in to My Account
- On the Dashboard the renewal status for your upcoming order will show: You are set to auto renew...
- Select Products from the left, and select Auto-Renew.
- Under Payment Method select Edit. Choose your payment method:
- Choose from Saved Cards
- Enter a New Credit Card
- Make any needed changes Select Save & Continue.
