Update the Primary Billing Profile for Auto Renewal

Sometimes, the primary billing profile that was initially set up for the Auto Renewal may need to be updated for various reasons before the designated processing date.

To update your billing profile:

  1. Sign into My Lacerte or My ProSeries.
  2. On the Dashboard the renewal status for you upcoming order will show: You are set to auto renew...
  3.  To edit the existing billing profile, access this through the Auto Renewal Preferences.
  1. Select Products on the left navigation bar on the dashboard, and choose Auto-Renew.
  2. To change the billing profile for Auto Renew, click Edit.
  3. Choose from Saved Cards in the drop down box, or Enter a New Credit Card or select Checking or Savings at the top and enter the account information.
  4.  Click Save & Continue.
