ENHANCEMENT REQUEST add to the F4 Client Log who actually E-filed a return . There is nothing to state it was e-filed. We have detail change, bridged, printed and copied but not Efile in the log for F-4.

I would also like to see this as part of the log instead of just going to the e-file status section of F4
