It would be great to have forms 4810 and 5495 included with the fiduciary module. Currently, we have to download them from IRS and fill in PDF.

I concur - these forms should be added to 1040 AND 1041 modules.  Seems easy enough to program and would be a huge help so we don't have to prepare them manually!
