Please make the effective tax rate a default setting.  It's unbelievable that it is not.

Default setting where? for what? 

The Tax History report shows highest bracket as well as effective tax rate.

This posted in Pro Series for some reason.  I'm trying to post in Proconnect Online.  It would be nice to be able to easily delete my comment.  The link Proconnect brought me here.  Ugh.
