I use the Basic Program and would like to see the Depreciation & Amortization Report without having to print it out.
I don't use basic, but cant you just click on the form in the list and have it open on the screen?

Did you try to open FORM 4562- 'Depreciation and Amortization Report'?
Yes, thank you I can open 4562, but I want to see the Depreciation Record which shows all history and current depreciation.

I hadn't ever seen it in Basic either, but I figured it out.
Click the green "Where do I Enter?" button. They type "depr w" and open that up. Then there will be quickzooms to what you are looking for.
